Friuli's location, lying between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, makes for various environmental nuances, including snow-covered mountains, lush green valleys at the foot of the mountains, fertile hilly areas, tidily cultivated, flourishing plains and sandy and golden beaches. |

DAY 2: THE MARANO LAGOON Breakfast in Hotel. Departure by Deluxe Coach to Marano Lagunare. Arrival at the harbour of Marano and board our private boat. Visit of the Marano Lagoon and its Islands. All the day visit by boat. The Marano Lagoon

DAY 3: GIANT CAVE Breakfast in Hotel. Departure by Deluxe Coach to the "Giant Caves" (Grotta Gigante). It is origin of "Carsica" and is one of the largest visited Caves in the world. Lunch in a characteristic restaurant. In the afternoon, stroll around the city of Trieste: the "Borgo Teresiano", the "Rive", the "Piazza Unità d'Italia", the "Canale and the Roman Theater. We will see the "Colle di San Giusto" and visit the "Cathedral Fortress". Return to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight. DAY 4 : |
